Well fortunately, coming up with healthy recipes can be simple, fun & be enjoyed by everyone even though you are a busy mum.
I have been there before.... I have two kids, one is a very picky eater! I used to hide the healthy food into my cooking until I discovered a way to get them to eat vegetables and fruits easily in 5 -10 minutes. Now he is already 12 years old and he is still a picky eater , he will not eat those veg. if I were to cook it the normal way ( fry it or parboil them). I have to continue what I am doing to get him to consume with ease so that his meals are balanced and still enjoys it.
Imagine if we were to allow our kids to be picky eaters and not knowing how to overcome the problem, they will not have eaten healthy food for several years since it takes several years to out grow it !! My son could have end up with asthma & on inhaler for life!! My daughter who is already 17 years old now will not eat tomato cooked or raw but then she has been consuming them ( raw)since I discovered how to get kids to increase they fruits/ veg. intake instantly and enjoy the food as well.
My past frustration with my son has turned into joy. It is just amazing to see the change in his health.No more flu & fever, epitaxis and even his asthma was gone after 3 months of geting him to consume more natural healthy food.Totally free from asthma attacks since the age of 8. What a great relief! He is studying in the gifted class and he came out 2nd in the last 2 years NAPFA test (National Association for Physical Fitness Award ). I believe strongly the healthy diet has contributed to a healthy body & mind.
